Whether you’re assisting with event setup, guest check-in, or promoting sustainability initiatives, your contribution will make a difference.
Greeters: Welcome guests and answers basic questions
Runners: Handle last-minute tasks, deliver messages, and assist where needed
Information Table: Provides schedules and programs, and answers attendee questions
Fundraising and Engagement Team: Manages the raffle or auction process, sells tickets and merch, and distributes prizes
Clean-up Crew: Assists with breakdown, cleanup, and ensuring the venue is left in good condition
